Never go to this place, I hit a gator in the road (tire) coming into Waco and it went through the front and out the back radiator was busted keep in mind this happened in September they recive my car I pay my deductible they have my car for a little over a month. At this point I think I'm good turns out I was mistaken I get my car back it and it breaks down again not even 15mins of picking it up Dennis and his staff say it's due to a small plug not being replaced? Okay but my radiator fluid is spraying form the top cap and open hole were a hose is suppose to be they give me a rental only good thing that came out of it. I get my car back for a third time the first time my car was missing a overflow tank, and a hose that connected to the tank I tell him that he says well we pulled a tank from a totaled vehicle on the lot..... That car was a Honda my car is a infiniti you couldn't get my a Nissan one? I'm on my way through Waco to get to Houston car starts reading errors again I call the shop they say get to a mechanic and call us we'll pay to fix it I do that they not only tell me that my engine harness is split in half they said didn't you get your car from a Collison shop why didn't that give you the undertray also? I said sir Idk I would expect them to get my car back to OEM turns out they didn't replace my hose that ran to my radiator they claim they "did" so that busted on me coming back home to the ftw area car blows transmission what I don't understand if you replaced my hose like you said you did why did the mechanic that had to tow me told me he took off a hose that looks like it's never been replaced that sat right in front in direct line of the tire going underneath my car and Ohhhh this is the good part the engine harness that was ripped was right behind the hose so you tell me Bebrick claims my car is too low which yes it's on coilovers but that means it's more upgraded in suspension then stock my car was raised that night I got it home the first time and my car never scraped its funny how I can show you a clean bill of health for a year of my car being at that hight needed nothing but standard oil changes and now as soon as Bebrick receives my car things are breaking all around from the radiator like honor and respect your pledge so now my car needs a new engine and tranny all from just needing a new bumper and a radiator fixed I'm out 7.5k in damages I have full coverage but my insurance is saying it's the Collison shops fault which makes sense but I would expect my insurance to be on my side and help turns out I shouldve done more research on my insurance company kind of like the liberty mutual commercials honestly I tried working with them but it never seemed to help all I asked in the end is they take blame for their actions and help I will never bring my future cars here. I never ever leave reviews but after 3 months of back and forth and now me out of a car and I can't even enjoy my holidays and now my credit and everything has been affected I can't even purchase a new car due to this one still having a auto loan out on it I'm a young 22 year old male finally getting things going in life right and this happens its okay God never gives you more then you cant handle The lady at the front desk Britnea you are awsome.
