Panda Express at 2448 West Loop 340, Waco, Texas.

I drive out of my way to go to THIS Panda because the food is normally slightly better. I had to cancel an online order on 12/17. I had to call them twice before someone said they had processed my cancellation and told me it would be 3-5 days on the refund. Almost two weeks later I stop back by and catch the GM. He tells me he will handle the refund and promises me within the week. Today is 1/07 and I had to call the 1-800 number to finally get my order cancelled!!! They NEVER processed the return. Seriously ridiculous. Ordered here tons of times. Food is ready by pickup time about 25% of the time. I guess if you go in and don't have to depend on the staff and management for anything other than taking care of you while you're in the store, you might have a semi decent experience. Management, step it up.
