Starbucks at 2452 West Loop 340, Waco, Texas.

I am a pretty regular customer of this location, as it is near my work. Any time I stop in, they are usually packed, it's to be expected especially at peak times. Although, I don't appreciate the consistency of how slow their service is.
I placed a mobile order at 9:38 and when I got to the location around 945 it was not ready. Understandable, I waited.
At 9:50 I got My breakfast sandwich but no coffee. I finally asked where my coffee was and at 10:08 I finally got my coffee. I was now late for work and upset.
The girls working the counter were not working fast or urgently. They looked bored and tired of their routine morning. If they had any hustle to their work ethic I would not have rated them so low. But the fact they didn't care a mobile order was taking 20 minutes to make infuriates me.
