United States Postal Service at 424 Clay Avenue, Waco, Texas.

I filed my change of address online (valid for at least 6 months) 3 weeks ago. They forwarded some of the mail to my new address but today they DELIVERED a package to my OLD address. I came and talked to them. Then the very rude guy asked me when I changed my address. I told him 3 weeks. then I asked (with why the hell attitude) I still have package to my old address. after that, figuring out the package got wrong delivery is media mail, he told me I would get charge because it's the cheaper mailing option. seriously, I get charge because the mail person doesn't bother to do their job right. great USPS! I like to send package here because the people over counter are friendly, but not the guy at the end (seems like he is the boss there though).
